Augusta Pines is a subdivision on the outskirts of Fairmont, adjacent to the Mary Lou Retton Park on Norway Loop Road. The subdivision features paved streets, common areas and underground utilities. Augusta Pines has an established HOA with covenants and restrictions.
The covenants and restrictions require all new home plans to be approved by the Building Control Committee. When submitting home plans to the BCC they must also include a site plan, landscaping plan, utility entrances, siding color sample, roof color sample, areas that will be concrete or asphalt, retaining walls or other structures proposed to be constructed. NO construction can commence without written approval of the BCC.
